Very accommodating and informative on initial call. Gave an estimate based on what I said we had. I scheduled an appointment easily. When they showed up (on time with heads up notice in advance) the estimate was very close to final cost. Friendly, efficient, quick. Will definitely use again.

Initially I called another service and they didn’t answer the phone so I came Junk Man. They picked up the phone, walked through the process and had two guys out to my storage unit within 2 hours. The guys were professional and did exactly what they said they would do. Quick and easy.

Called Junkman to pickup an old sofa and a mini fridge that didn’t work anymore. They showed up the same day and right during the time they said they’d be there. Highly recommend.

I am so happy with the two guys that came to pick up my junk. They gave me a good quote and worked efficiently and fast. I have a garage with 53 yrs of junk to be removed a little at a time...I will be using this service again. AND they arrived in less than half an hour after I placed the pick up order. YAY

These guys did a great job ridding my house of junk. They cleaned out the patio, sunroom, house, and garage in about an hour. Anything I asked them to do they were courteous and professional in their advice and manner. Will definite hire them again.
