Reviewers of Jupiter Tennis Center frequently praise the friendly staff, affordable pricing, and quality indoor facilities suitable for both beginners and advanced players. Positive feedback highlights the availability of private lessons, group classes, and tournaments, along with the helpfulness of the owners. However, recurring criticisms in lower-rated reviews include complaints about poor cleanliness, particularly dust and dirty restrooms, as well as instances of unresponsive customer service and instructors who appeared distracted during paid sessions.

This tennis court is the worst I have ever seen. Why? First, their facilities are very dirty and filled with a lot of dust. I have been here many times, and each time there is a lot of dust. I find that they never clean or vacuum, and their toilets are very dirty, with unflushed urine inside. Second, their service is very poor. I'm not referring to one person, but to all the front desk staff. I tried to ask about the venue I had reserved, but the front desk never left me, yet she clearly heard it. This is why I decided it was a very poor tennis court.
My son (age 9) is new to the sport and took a private lessons from Coach Josh. He is a great coach. My son learned alot day 1, and is excited to return! Highly recommended facility with kind knowledgable staff.
Update: haven’t had any issues with front desk since, but the start at this location wasn’t welcoming and no one reached out to me to see if I needed any assistance scheduling after I wrote this review, but I sorted everything out a few months later in person.
Btw, all tennis instructors for adult classes are great! 👍

Incompetent customer service.
We’ve checked out this place in person with my husband and registered our names and contact information.
But none of the available date lessons worked for us at that time.
So I selected the class that would perfectly fit my schedule (which was November 11th, 18th & 25th) and arrived at 9:30am on Saturday 11th to be told that there’s no lessons today because of the tennis tournament.
This place had my phone and email on file (I was giving them my email at least 2 times before this situation happened), but NO ONE tried to contact me and let me know that classes schedule was changed and 1st lesson was on November 4th, not 11th anymore.
They tried to say that the email went to my husband’s email for some reason, instead of mine. But we just checked both of our emails. And the only email we have is the one where we were asking prices and upcoming dates for lessons. Nothing in the spam either.
This was my only opportunity to take this class by January time wise. I’m extremely upset by the incompetence of their staff.
I paid $85 for a private intro lesson for my 14 year old daughter and had Josh as an instructor. He was on his phone constantly throughout the lesson. My daughter's swing was incorrect most of the lesson but he was looking at his phone I instead of correcting her. I contacted the facility after the fact and got no response. The unprofessionalism of Josh was very off putting to my daughter and now does not want to even play anymore. This same instructor would have also been her instructor at the group level, so no thank you. Would not recommend.
