Ronnie, thank you so much for the shout out! It's tenants like yourself that make what we do so awesome and so much fun! The 5 stars and kind words are greatly appreciated! Remember to refer your friends and get that $50 referral fee if someone rents from us on your recommendation. Thanks again!
I moved out on the 30th of September and they were more than happy to cancel as long as my stuff was removed, no brainer best storage experience ever. Security is important to me and they have cameras and on site security and there bathroom is so clean and they even have a bidet🤯🙌😜

Thank you, Joe, for the 5 stars and kind words. The bidet still throws some people but overall it seems to be a hit so I'm glad you found that to be an asset worth mentioning. We do take security very seriously and can boast never having had a problem. We are delighted to have you as a tenant.
Thanks, again!
Highly recommend this facility! Stored items over the summer for my UO student. Super friendly and helpful staff. Impeccably clean units and grounds. Would definitely use again!

Thank you so much, Stephanie, for the 5 stars and kind words. We work hard to provide an excellent experience and maintain a great facility. It sounds like we met our goals. We appreciate the business and look forward to having you back again next summer. Go Ducks!
Super pleased with our overall experience. My son attends U of O and we are out of state. We rented a small unit in March to prepare for the busy move out season. The unit was inside and clean. They had a lock for us to purchase and set us up on autopay.
We came back in September to move into apartment and it was equally smooth. We emptied storage, kept the lock and we will ready for next summer.
Bonus was the dolly and flatbed that were available to help with trips to the car. Highly recommend. The staff was so polite every time I called and so helpful!! Thank you!

Shanna, while your stay was brief we are so happy to hear that you had a great experience. That is our goal each and every time we rent a unit and it's great to hear that we met our benchmark with you. We look forward to having you back next year! Thanks so much for the 5 stars and kind words!
We had a brief, but very good experience with Jurassic Storage. They were always attentive and helpful to us. Very kind staff! They were always quick to answer our questions and needs. We would highly recommend Jurassic Storage for anyone with storage needs in Eugene!

Thank you, Mary, for the 5 stars and all the kind things you had to say. We strive to provide the best possible experience to each of our tenants and it's always good to hear when we have met our goal. Thanks again and if you need storage again we hope you would return!
Top notch! From quality customer service, security, and cleanliness. I’ve used other storage facilities before, and they were OK, but this facility goes above and beyond.
