Google reviewers rate the facility five stars, highlighting competitive pricing, clean and secure units, and friendly staff who assist with tours and rentals. Customers frequently mention the availability of dollies and elevators, as well as responsive communication during the rental process. The low-star reviews appear unrelated to storage services, referencing food quality and prices at a different establishment, suggesting a data error rather than a pattern of service complaints.

Awesome prices with a extra clean, safe, secured spaces. Dalia has exceptional customer service skills, I felt welcomed the moment I got off my truck. Definitely will consider them anytime for my storage needs. Such a fantastic experience.
This storage facility is by far has the BEST customer experience I've ever witnessed. Sonia is exceptional which is why I keep returning to this storage facility when I need additional units. This week she helped me secure another unit near my current unit while on the phone with her as I was about to board a flight. By the time I landed at my destination, I was all set up! I HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone. It is always clean, safe and has such a compassionate staff there.
