I could be not be more pleased with Mat's end product for a historical appraisal on an inherited home. His method was thoroughly explained up front along with an honest timeline to my final report. I reside 500 miles from the property and felt complete confidence in my communications with the company. Most importantly I felt respect in my dealings from far away. A gem of a company. They understand what good service is all about!

Thank you for your words. Handling something like this from 500 miles away isn't easy. Having clients trust us and our process gives us the room to do the work right. You having that confidence in us is our goal.
– Mat
I hired Mr. Mathew Just to appraise my house years ago based on the unanimous positive ratings online. And yes, he was exactly what his clients described: efficient, knowledgeable and professional, and more…
Moreover, in my busy life I’ve forgotten about the report and the appraiser’s name until I found that I couldn’t locate the report when I needed it.
I searched appraisers’ names in the city and thought I’d bet on my luck by calling Mathew Just, bingo ! It was him and he quickly sent me the report, which allows me to file my next Tax Return much easier.
I’m glad to recommend Mr. Mathew Just to everyone who needs an appraisal, he deserves your full trust.

Landuo, this genuinely made my day. I keep records specifically so a call like yours turns into a five-minute fix instead of a scramble. I'm glad it got your tax filing back on track without the added stress. And it means a lot that the reviews here are what led you back to me by name (years later!). That's the whole reason I do things they way I do.
Thank you for writing this, and for trusting me with the appraisal in the first place.
Matt replied quickly and site visit was set up. Came out to the house for measurements and pictures. Appraisal took a few days as promised and appeared accurate. Communication was great, prompt service, and competitive pricing.

Fast site visit, accurate measurements, and getting the report back to you on schedule — that's the standard I hold every Orange County appraisal to, so it's good to hear it came through clearly on your end.
Appreciate the trust, and I'm here if you or anyone you know needs an appraisal down the road.
Mat and I first met several years ago while helping a mutual client purchase a home. From the very beginning, I was impressed by his industry knowledge, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. I truly appreciate the support and expertise he provided throughout the process. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to his clients, I highly recommend Mat for all of your real estate needs.
