David Cueto was very informative and he explained a lot to me.....
5 Stars to their Tech, David C., the company owner that called me back to answer my questions and concerns, and the new receptionist that helped schedule my service. I noticed some water in my attic air-handler emergency drain pan and called Just-N-Time and they came out the next day. Turns out my drainage line was…
I think this was maybe the result of the tech assigned to us. The tech did not do a thorough job of inspecting our ACs for issues. He just noticed refrigerant leaked and he refilled it. He did mention he didn’t have a tool he needed to do the rest of the inspection and that would be another appointment. Definitely…
Thanks again Jus-N-Time for taking care of My Summrr Time tune up. I'm always happy with my many years of service. Sincerely Joe June 26th 2026... Another year keeping my system running perfectly. Thanks Just-n-Time

I called several places and finally found a reputable shop willing to give me a preliminary quote AND come out within 30 minutes. LJ had a great attitude and educated me in the process. He was able to listen to the customer and was able to effectively do his job within 10-15 mins of being on-site. Payment was…

The tech that came to our house, his last name was Cuesto (forgot his first name): positive, helpful, efficient and provided a truly pleasant experience, as well as useful, friendly and obliging service. This company deserves its high reviews. Recommended. Good job, Cuesto!

I contacted this company as a referral from a friend. Our Ac system had been down since Saturday. They came out in less than 2 hours after I called. They repaired my system promptly. Wow. AC went out on hottest day of the month so far. Was supposed to come between 3-8 which usually means 9 He called and said could come early. Yippee. Got here at 9. Examined system and saw issues. Incredible service as usual, highly recommend this company!!!
Our technician was Laine and was very professional, arrived on time and explained all work needed before working on our unit. Highly recommend Just-N-Time air Conditioning!
My restaurant's dining room compressor & my blower fan for my karaoke room abruptly died. I was having issues with 2 other companies with crazy lead times (1-2 weeks) for compressors and blow fans..... Justin was super professional and ridiculously quick with replacing both the same day he came to do a diagnostic!…
Techs were great. They were nice. And very pleasant people.

LJ was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Great combo!
Justin replaces an old a/c for us, installed surge protectors on some other units, and fixed an issue with one. He is friendly and professional. I highly recommend his business! We have been using this company for regular maintenance checks. They are very responsive when we have an issue.
Justin, LJ, and Scarlett were all so helpful with the entire process. I don’t write reviews often mostly because of time, but these folks deserve it. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We had our AC repaired in a very timely manner and what seemed to have been at a fair cost. I called around multiple places to…
They listened to what I was wanting and needed but also recommended what would work best are my size house. I was thinking of purchasing a three-and-a-half ton or a 4-ton unit but a 3 ton unit work best.
We use Just-N-Time AC +Heating for our company and personal use. They are very reliable and come out right away if we have an issue. It's hard to find honest companies no days so I am glad I finally found one.
After MANY reviews of an HVAC company, I honestly believe that JUST-N-TIME HVAC is the BEST you can get! I am so beyond impressed with the service/maintenance that we received tonight! The job was well done , will recommend to others ,
They sent Haris out for our cleaning/maintenance of our system. He had all the answers to my questions, he was very friendly, and he stayed out of our way in a busy shop environment. I will be depending on Just-N-Time for all of our HVAC needs going forward.
Justin and his crew were fantastic! They fixed issues that were a result of another company’s poor work. They were prompt and we are very pleased with the result. We highly recommend Justin and his company!
I give this company a 5 plus star review. Haris and Just are very professional and are very knowledgeable. They spent time explaining the issue and I felt very comfortable making the decision to choose this company. I highly recommend Just-N-Time!
These guys were great to work with, not to mention thorough, punctual, knowledgeable, professional and polite. Definitely would recommend them.
Just-N-Time saved me and my wife from the horrors of Houston heat! These guys came to the house early and didn't leave until the job was done (that's after 10pm folks, and we had two units that needed replacing). I could go on and on, but this is a review, not story telling time. Give them a call, you will be…
Also insulated the attic. Very professional employees and great value for services. Will definitely call on them again. Highly recommend them.
