The punctuality was great. The tech was friendly. He sounded knowledgeable at the time. But I was charged $300 to replace a blown 3amp fuse for the low voltage board upstairs. He did not know why it was blowing and told me all wires were fine. A month later the fuse blows again. I replace the $5 fuse and it blows…
Justin's team scheduled me right away and promptly sent someone out to assess the issue. There was no hesitation in addressing the problem and getting it resolved. Justin and his team are so kind and helpful. We’re very grateful for their willingness to come last minute to service our A/C during dinner time when we noticed a problem. Came right away and fixed it and we have a quote and plan for further repairs when we’re ready.

Justin, LJ, and Scarlett were all so helpful with the entire process. I don’t write reviews often mostly because of time, but these folks deserve it. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We had our AC repaired in a very timely manner and what seemed to have been at a fair cost. I called around multiple places to…

Justin and his team did a great job repairing our air conditioning units. We also had some dampers in our zoning system that weren’t opening and closing properly and they were able to fix those for us as well.
