Google reviewers rate Just Sprinklers 4.8 out of 5 based on 1999 reviews, with the owner responding to 82% of feedback. Customers frequently praise the company for punctuality, clear communication, and professional installation or repair of irrigation systems, often noting that technicians arrive on time and explain options thoroughly. However, a few low-star reviews criticize specific instances of high pricing, unnecessary repairs, or poor follow-up on quotes, though these complaints appear less common than the positive experiences regarding reliability and service quality.

I tell you the emergency fee was worth it. Lorenzo is very professional and very much appreciated. He suggested what I might need we, discussed things and for right now I'm going to hold off. I did ask him when I do call back if I could ask for him personally and he had said yes if I didn't mind waiting, LOL! Very satisfied with your company and I will return. And on a side note... your office staff is very pleasant and very professional. Great company keep up the good work!
Michael was receptive to all suggestions from us. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with his work. We would definitely want him should we need repairs in the future. He is a credit to Just Sprinklers.
Excellent service. Very professional and everything was explained very clearly.

Our new irrigation system was installed quickly by a great team and it appears to be working perfectly. The design of the system addressed the needs of the property without wasting water. We were kept well informed of the progress of the project and our questions were all answered.

Each year around this time and in the Fall, we ask Just Sprinklers to come and either turn on or shut down our sprinkler system and they send a very qualified, nice, punctual person who doesn’t waste time and makes sure everything is working properly. 5 stars!!

Thank you so much for your kind review, Kathy. We are thrilled to have earned your 5-star review, and look forward to assisting you in the future.
The guys showed up super quickly, got the wood all stacked beautifully, and all the while getting barked at from the windows by my dogs. I really appreciate them getting that done for me and I will continue to use their services in the coming years. Thank you again y’all.
I have to submit this edit because the guys asked me to submit the review before they actually finished. When they were actually finished and asked me to look things over to make sure I was satisfied they had pulled some weeds, swept up the back patio where they were stacking, and nicely piled all the little bits of scrap wood into my own wheel barrow for later. Above and beyond work!
