Reviewers highlight the facility's dog-friendly environment, where pets run free rather than staying in kennels, and praise the staff for their attentiveness and care during daycare and boarding. Grooming services are frequently mentioned, with many noting reasonable pricing and the availability of treats. However, a recurring criticism involves perceived negligence regarding pet health and safety, including reports of delayed medical attention, dogs returning ill, and dissatisfaction with grooming results or collar policies.

I started bringing my dog here a few times a week for daycare. He’s a bit shy, but the staff have been amazing with him. I feel totally at ease when I drop him off, and I can’t thank them enough. It’s really a fantastic place, and everyone, including the owner Amy, is really so kind!

I love the owner and employees. Grooming is available during camp day and always well done to my desires. The prices are more than fair. Most importantly, my pooch loves it and comes home tired from activity but happy.

Took my baby Boris here after telling a co-worker how difficult it was finding a place that I knew he would like and have fun at. Amy the owner, along with the rest of the staff have been wonderful! So caring and friendly! It’s evident that Amy loves and cares about every dog that comes here, and I can’t thank her enough for giving Boris a wonderful place he can go to play with friends!

Love the grooming and best price in town for Biljac
Response from the owner · 7 months ago
That's right, we appreciate the shout-out! We are the best price around for BilJac. We don't carry an extensive inventory of food or treats, but the items we carry we TRUST. It took us 18 months to find a replacement for one of our suppliers. Thanks for the review, you've done a great job with your baby.

Amy and her team took great care of my babies! I am so glad I found her place. I can’t wait to bring Luna back for daycare and I know they will be safe and happy if we have to leave them overnight again. Thank you for my peace of mind and thank you for treating them so kindly!
