Wow, what a professional kind group of gentlemen. I don’t think I ever thought I would say an AC was a beautiful piece of machine but it sure is nice. Thanks Alex For helping us get fitted with the right AC unit. kindness goes a long ways these days. The price was right timing was impeccable. I highly recommend this company.

I spoke with Alex on the phone. They were able to come out the same day. He gave me an estimate. He was half the price of another company who I thought was really giving me a great deal. He sent his technician Aidan. Aidan spent hours here doing such a professional job. He even put everything back and cleaned up after himself. Apparently, I needed a new flux capacitor lol. Aidan was very nice and professional with me and my husband and took his time doing it right. I found Alex on a Apopka Rants Raves and Reviews and he is everything that they said he is. If you find a bad review with Alex, that’s just because there’s always one bad apple. You can’t please everybody. The majority is what I look at and this guy’s got it! Alex & Aidan at K&E AC for the win!

I literally called Alex at 0849 this morning and I had someone at my house no later than 930.. and my AC is back up and running!!! Great company and prompt service. Forget a customer!!!

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company\. After seeing pictures of my HVAC unit and discussing the work with me, the owner gave me a price\. Instead of coming to my home himself as expected, he sent another technician\. After the technician looked at the unit, I was suddenly told that the original price would have to increase\.
The owner then offered me a brand\-new air handler for $1,500, including a three\-year labor warranty and a ten\-year parts warranty\. I tried to communicate with him and move forward, but instead of handling the situation professionally and standing behind what he offered, he withdrew the deal and blocked me\.
I understand that estimates can sometimes change after an inspection, but good business means communicating clearly, honoring your word, and treating customers respectfully—not giving an offer, taking it back, and blocking the customer\. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company\.

Thank you for sharing your side, Magz. To clarify for anyone reading: we provided a free estimate based on photos. Once our technician inspected the unit in person, the actual condition required a different price, which is standard practice, not a bait and switch. We offered a discounted air handler with warranty terms as a goodwill option, which was withdrawn when the conversation became unproductive. No payment was made and no work was performed. We stand by our pricing process and are happy to discuss with any and all of our customers directly. 277 5 Star reviews shows it. Thank you.

My AC was blowing hot air. In an hour after regular business hours a tech was out to fix my issues. Two tiers of repair options were offered. I am grateful that this company could have cold air flowing immediately. Highly recommend their professionalism and service.
