Team was fantastic and professional. The owner came to my house and introduced himself and met with my fur babies. He came to discover their quirks and understand their personalities. Maria has primarily been walking my pups and she's been great. Sends me wonderful pictures of them while they are home and gives wonderful description of their time together.<br><br>Much better solution to asking a neighbor or family member. The professionalism and quality is worth the cost.
We used K9 second line after only trusting our 3 pups to family. I was very apprehensive as these dogs are true members of the family. I was very quickly put at ease from the first moment of our consultation. They give daily updates and pictures. I love the fact that our babies can stay in their own environment. We have another trip coming up and I plan to use them again instead of family. That’s how comfortable we were using them. Definitely give them a try!
Excellent service with wonderful employees. They take care of your animals and are always communicative and thorough.<br><br>Been using them for years for vacation and can even help walk companion animals for elderly if they are unable to handle the responsibility of walking the animals for those who may not be able to get out to do it.
Hands down Megan is the best. So knowledgeable and confident in her skills. Takes the time so owner or foster are comfortable and secure in their animals care going forward.
The staff was very rude! I was misled, I searched google for pet boarding and this popped up, I called to get information. This is not a physical location!!! I was interested in services they provide, after a awkward pause, he said “okay, bye” and hung up in my face... I’ve heard so many good things about the place, but first impressions are important. I would not recommend. If your interested in grooming or other pet services keep looking 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
We've been using K9 Second Line for about 3 years now and have enjoyed them since the beginning! All of the walkers we've met are so kind and courteous. Our dog hates the rain and the walkers go out of their way to text or call me when it's raining to ask if they should come to walk him or not. I highly recommend this company over all others!
Brendan and his staff are exceptionally compassionate and truly care for every animal they encounter. I love using K9 Second Line because I know that my animals are taken care of. The fact that they send me updates and show me when they check in and out and send pictures of my animals prove it.
