Gabriel has tuned and repaired my Baldwin Grand Piano for over 20 years and replaced EVERY HAMMER HEAD in my piano about 6 years ago. He is, in my mind, highly skilled and is extremely knowledgeable about all the intricate inner workings of a piano. Highly recommend!
