Working with Kaplan depends on who you are speaking with. They where going to remove old drive and install a new driveway. We signed the contract November 25 and scheduled the job for spring 2026. Fist the brick trim was done and looked bad. Kaplan came out and fixed it. Then as the summer went on the bricks started to shift. Kaplan came out and fixed it. The asphalt was had uneven spots. They came out and now it looks worse. Hopefully they will fix the driveway. Their employee said just wait till spring and seal coat, you will not see the problem.

Kaplan Paving did an amazing job! From start to finish, Casey kept me informed and at ease with the project. He listened to what I wanted, addressed positives and negatives of my vision, and set clear expectations for the process. The work was completed quickly and very neatly. In addition to the repaving of the existing driveway, I also added an addition side parking space. Results are beyond my original hopes. Thanks Casey!
We hired Kaplan to pave my parents' driveway, and I'll be honest, the sales pitch was great. They were professional, the quote was fair, and the crew seemed to know what they were doing. They asked us to leave a Google review almost right away, and my mom did, because at that point everything looked fine.
The problems started within a few months. A crack appeared that they never came out to repair. Then the drainage turned out to be wrong — water pooling everywhere instead of running off. They tore it up and fixed it, and then had to do it a second time. Even now, we still get puddles after it rains, so it was never actually resolved.
They told us they'd come back this year to take care of the remaining issues. That never happened. No call, no follow-up, nothing.
I see their trucks and ads all over the area, and I really wanted this to be a five-star story. But between the unfinished repairs and the complete lack of follow-through, it just isn't. It's a lot of money to spend on a driveway that still doesn't drain properly.

Billy the salesman was very helpful in assisting us with deciding what the best type of driveway that would fit our budget. He gave us the cost of all our options so we could make an informed decision. Luis and his crew were very polite and courteous. They asked me questions throughout the process to ensure our driveway was the way we wanted it. We had a tricky area by our gate and Luis made sure I could open/close our gate properly by adjusting the edge of the driveway after completion.
The crew that took out our old driveway with Santiago was equally as great! I would highly recommend Kaplan Paving.
