I called Orkin and was on hold for over 10 mins, never even got to talk to a real person. I called Kaptar and someone answered on the second ring! They were here in 2 hours and treated us right away! Great customer service, would definitely recommend and use again! Dave is the best!
This company was reliable and easy to work with. My kids have allergies and the technician was careful to check ingredients and even call on a product to make sure it was okay. I am appreciative of the thorough work and friendly service.
I have used Kaptar for the last 3 summers and am very happy with their service. David came and did a thorough job, explaining the benefits of spraying inside the house, something we had declined in years past. He even noticed a drain fly and suggested a treatment to get rid of them, which worked immediately. Haven’t seen once since.
I have been using Kaptar for several years to spray for ants and do general rodent and other pest inspection. The technician, Dave, is always prompt, courteous and thorough, taking the time to discuss options and treatments that are used. We have had no issue since our initial ant treatment, so I would say they do a good job.
Dave helped us out a ton with our ant problem! Thanks so much for all your help!
Dave was extremely thorough. He explained everything he was doing and what he saw-taking pictures to show me when I didn’t want to go into the crawl space. Returned until the problem was solved. I would highly recommend Kaptar to everyone.
We used Kaptar for an Ant issue we had. They responded immediately and scheduled an appointment the next day. Their tech Dave was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain their product along with prevention tips. Great customer service and quality of product.
Kaptar was a god-send. Unfortunately in the warmer months the ants come marching in (as we all know). Kaptar’s professional and timely employee not only took care of the ant problem but did it with a smile on his face. The prices were reasonable considering the ants and spiders were virtually gone in one visit; I’ve…
Dave was very responsive, very knowledgeable and very professional. I appreciated his insight while still allowing me to dictate what I wanted done at my home. He put the clients wishes first. I would definitely use them again!
Dave was extremely professional. He gave a thorough explanation of what our problem was and how the service would work. It was a huge plus that he was available within 24 hours of when I called, and just a few days later we’ve already seen a huge improvement. Would definitely recommend!
Very friendly, professional and got rid of my ant and spider problem on the first visit. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

I was very impressed by the speed and responsiveness of Kaptar. I called in the morning, had an inspection and a treatment by the same afternoon. The rate was reasonable and I wasn’t pressured to sign up for a pricey maintenance plan which wasn’t in my budget. I’m also comfortable with their guarantee and coverage…
Just had my free inspection with Dave to take a look at an ant problem I'm having. They really do mean free inspection.
