Is Kaptar Environmental Pest Control Services - Naperville any good?

David was efficient, explained everything came back three times and overall it was an excellent experience. I would recommend David from Kaptar.

David is wonderful ! Easy to work with, knowledgeable & has addressed our pest issues. Highly recommend David and this company

We have been working with Dave for a few years now and he has always provided a great service and resolved our mice problems very quickly!

The company is professional and responsive. David represents them well and did a great job handling our situation. I recommend them highly.

Extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable and thorough service. Thank you!

I absolutely recommend Kaptar Environmental Pest Control for your extermination needs. Had an issue with some carpenter bees and called Orkin out 2x to spray to no avail which prompted a home inspection by Orkin. Orkin saw traces of mouse activity and suggested a fix that would cost an excess of $10K. And yes,…

David R. did a great job, explained everything, and solved my problem. I would use this service again.

I am extremely satisfied with the professional and caring service I received from Kaptar. David, the technician, found an entry point where mice were getting into my home. After doing a thorough house inspection he set bait stations then came back 3 times checking for activity while locating any other potential…

The service was seamless and efficient, David came 3 times to set and check poison feeders for our mice issue. The 4th time he came he did an excellent job of sealing the house and explaining where they were coming in. It’s great that the service also comes with a 6 month guarantee so if we notice anything they’ll…

David from Kaptar was incredible. He was professional and did an exemplary job in solving our mice problem. I highly recommend him and Kaptar’s service to others.

David is a consummate professional. When our issue arose, he scheduled a visit quickly, diagnosed the problem and took action the same day! I can’t say enough good things about Kaptar.

He was insanely responsive and very generous with the work that he did. He was always on time every time that he came to work and he was very punctual. Not only was he very punctual but he was very efficient in his work, he got rid of my rat problem extremely fast. I cannot believe how outstanding his work was. He…

We had a scurry of squirrels in the rafters of our gym, doing damage and creating extra work for our cleaning crew. Kaptar Environmental Services helped us resolve the issue in a timely manner. We really enjoyed working with Dave. Very knowledgable and accommodating!

David is great. I won't use anybody else. He is very thorough and his methods actually PREVENT rodents from coming back. Many companies will set traps and NOT exclude. Once Kaptar was done NO MORE MICE. Haven't seen one mouse in two years since he completed his service. No brainer use Kaptar.

A friend of ours referred us to Dave at Kaptar after we found a mouse in our house. He was so great to come out and inspect everything for us and let us know what our options were -- without being too pushy, as many pest control services are. We were so impressed with how friendly and knowlegable he was. A couple…

Dave was extremely thorough. He explained everything he was doing and what he saw-taking pictures to show me when I didn’t want to go into the crawl space. Returned until the problem was solved. I would highly recommend Kaptar to everyone.

We had a great experience - Dave was very helpful, gave his honest opinions, did great work and alway showed up on time.

Dave and his coworkers are very kind people and also comprehensive with the work. Very good pricing as well! 10/10 Recommend

Dave is amazing! He is always super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and gets the problem taken care of quickly. His responsiveness is fantastic. We are newer owners of our home and had no idea what we were walking into as far as pests and insect and he has helped us navigate it this year!

Dave did an outstanding job in identifying and then resolving our exterior mice issue. It required several treatments as the mice loved the bait and told all their friends. Dave is very knowledgable, creative and personal which are fantastic attributes.
