I have been using Kaptar for several years to spray for ants and do general rodent and other pest inspection. The technician, Dave, is always prompt, courteous and thorough, taking the time to discuss options and treatments that are used. We have had no issue since our initial ant treatment, so I would say they do a good job.
The service was seamless and efficient, David came 3 times to set and check poison feeders for our mice issue. The 4th time he came he did an excellent job of sealing the house and explaining where they were coming in. Dave from Kaptar arrived on time. Did a full inspection of my house and detached garage. Was able to treat my entire property at the same time for bees, wasps and other nasty bugs.
