Karlsen Plumbing never disappoints. Chad Held came out this morning and replaced our water softener and set up our outside sump pump hose. Did a great job fast and professionally. Chad explained how to operate and answered a few questions not related to the work done today. A great experience!

They replaced a spigot on my patio. Took 30 to 45 minutes, I wasn't timing them. I think $453.34 was excessive!
We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, as with everything else these days prices are continue to rise for us as well. Whether it is gas, parts/materials, labor, etc... We did double check our service software and the plumber had travel to the job and was onsite for just over an hour. With that being said, everything lines up with the labor costs, parts/material, trip charge etc...
