Ronnie and Omer were very professional and knowledgeable. They assessed the problem and repaired it properly so there was power in the garage. Also made sure all GFCI outlets in the condo worked and repaired ones that didn't. Very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them and Kasper Electric.

Adrian Pope was the Service Technician sent to our house to trouble shoot an electrical break somewhere. We had no idea where the short was, but Adrian found it and we were very thankful to get full power back on throughout the house. If you call Kasper, definitely ask for Adrian. Jennifer was amazing getting us scheduled. Grandson was coming to visit…the bathroom exhaust switch cover broke exposing wires. We were scheduled for 2 days but when I mentioned the grandson visiting she managed to send Joe so the repair was made. Joe was great as well! Very happy!

Back to normal. Kevin G. was efficient, professional and clear. The problem was a simple one, but I hadn't been able to fix it on my own and was delighted to have it taken care of quickly, pleasantly and at the time expected. (So many "service" companies and personnel are not that way that it is truly refreshing to find one that is!)
