We contacted Tarr Team Real Estate from our out-of-state home in August, as we were relocating to Vancouver. Leslee designed a personalized listing for us to review that updated daily.
This gave us a good starting point so we had houses to tour upon arrival in September.
After viewing those houses and others Leslee found for us, we ended up with a home we love. And the location is perfect for getting to our horses, which are boarded just a short distance away.
Leslee and Jennifer made all the difference in helping us through the process, step-by-step with great knowledge, communication and coordination.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Leslee and Jennifer! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make the entire home-buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
They were incredibly quick to set up showings and always made themselves available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small. They also helped us find a great lender and a reliable inspector, which made a huge difference in navigating the process with confidence.
After the inspection, Leslee and Jennifer were there to help us understand the findings and offered helpful suggestions regarding repairs and next steps. They were excellent at communicating throughout the entire transaction, keeping us informed, advocating for our interests, and making sure we understood what was happening at each stage.
What stood out most was how genuinely invested they were in helping us find the right home and making sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. They were patient, attentive, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile. We never felt like just another transaction—we truly felt supported throughout the entire experience.

Kat is an exceptional real estate professional. She and her team go above and beyond, every step of the way. We had a pretty tight turnaround time to get prepped to sell and move across the country. Although the house was only 8 years old, it had signs of wear and tear. Kat had the best referrals and helped manage the contractors (painters, carpet cleaning, roof cleaning, window washers). They were all affordable and top-notch. Kat's assistant, Jennifer, was responsive, supportive, kind (even in our moments of panic). Kat suggested we reduce the price of the house twice, which did ultimately get it sold in a very tough market. After the inspection, things were looking dicey, and Kat swooped in and saved the sale. We cannot thank the Tarr Team enough for the high level of support they provided during the sale of our home. Thank you!
