Katie is the reason I now own a home, and am living in the home that fits my style, budget, and needs. She took the time to get to know me and was unbelievably ever-present when I had questions. If she didn’t have the answer she found it for me. As a first time home buyer Katie educated me, and I never felt pressured. She was super responsive and has a sixth sense around time sensitivity. She even made herself available after the sale to provide referrals… and she sent over some great AI generated designs for my new house. Finally she has a great a sense of humor- a must have for home buying in this housing market!

This is the second residence that we have the great pleasure of working with Katie Rinka. Two years ago we met her as the sellers agent for a condo we bought on E Chicago Street in the third Ward. She was fair, kind and lots of fun during the process. So this year we were looking for a home in the Milwaukee area and a studio space as well. We looked at commercial, residential, and a mixture of both. We looked for a few month at lots of the options but finally settled on just residential. We found something after looking at 5-6 houses a day for a couple of weeks. Katie was always optimistic, encouraging, and fun to be around. A true professional, fixable, persistent, and creative in her choices for us to view.
