I will definitely be back! I came to find new litter for my cat, and they had the exact one I been wanting to try. The staff is very friendly.
I just took my rabbit here to get his nails trimmed. He’s a very friendly rabbit but doesn’t like to be handled much. The staff were so friendly and made him feel comfortable. If I’m not mistaken, it was Jessica who cut his nails and she did a great job. My husband and I also had a great time petting the cats that wander around while he was getting his nails trimmed! Definitely going to come back here every time my rabbit needs a nail trimming. They are also fully stocked with pet supplies, so we even grabbed some treats for our rabbit while we were there!

Honestly great options here!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They have open farm, ND, they had so many organic or limited ingredients items. Even picked some tuff toys for my girl.
My only note is I just have a bad allergy to cats so having them loose I felt hair on my face even when I left. But it’s the sacrifice I’ll take because the cats looked happy and loved. Just will take a Claritin before going again haha

This is a great store if you have a pet. Arguably you could buy cheaper online. But the service and the atmosphere here make this a store I want to go to anyway. Plus there's cats roaming around, and bunnies, so yeah it's pretty chill.

I’ve had good experiences here overall. The location is extremely convenient, there’s plenty of parking, and the store is usually easy to get in and out of without dealing with a huge crowd. They keep a good selection of pet supplies in stock, and the store has always been organized when I’ve visited.
The staff is one of the biggest positives. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and willing to assist when needed. I’ve also interacted with the owner, although I don’t know his name, and he has always been friendly, approachable, and helpful as well. That kind of personal customer service is something I appreciate about shopping at a smaller local pet store.
My only real criticism is the pricing. In my experience, some items can be a little more expensive than what I’ve found at larger pet retailers like PetSmart. That said, there’s something to be said for the convenience of the location, the friendly service, and being able to get what you need without traveling farther or dealing with a huge store.
Overall, a convenient neighborhood pet store with a good selection and genuinely helpful people. If the pricing were a little more competitive across the board, I’d have very little to complain about.
