I walked in to this Kay Jewelers early this morning and I was greeted by Destiny with a smile. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately knew what to do. After asking several specific questions about my preferences, she showed me a few selections and started creating my Kay profile. Moments later, I found exactly what I was looking for and the rest was history. I love visiting Kay’s. Anytime I walk in one I am greeted warmly. It was no exception this particular day.
First, I must say, that Jada and Christian exemplify exactly what customer service looks like. They are a cohesive team and know how to make customers feel valued. They are both so patient and understanding. They took the time to understand my needs, and in the midst of computer systems changing and being a little challenging, they quickly resolved all issues and assured me that both pieces of jewelry were in good hands. I cannot wait to receive my rings back.
I didn’t get a chance to interact with Wendy as much, but she was a warm presence as she kept a smile on her face and a positive vibe. I’m glad I visited and will definitely be returning more often based solely on the personalized service, the way I felt valued as a customer, and the all around positive vibe I receive from Christian, Jada and Wendy.
