5year old roof damaged by hailstorm earlier this year.Asked for them to come out and inspect.Second time I’ve used them.Steve Stanley came out and inspected gave me his opinion which was replace the room due to impact damages across the entire roof.So I called the insurance company we have to come out inspect .They said it was a repair job not a roof replacement.I then called a public adjuster to come out and inspect he also said the entire roof needs to be replaced.Insurance company was fighting it so they had a independent adjuster come out to inspect .He recommended full roof replacement moral to the story is let the experts decide and guide you to the right decision .Thank you Kayco for the second time.Roof looks amazing

Nobody wants to think about the hassle of having to replace a roof, but Steve made it a simple process! He is very knowledgeable about their product and explained everything about the materials they use as well as their warranties. A company that still practices customer service! An overall great job by Steve, the repair crew and the pleasant office staff.
We had a small leak around the solar tube that was repaired once by another company and started leaking again. They were to send their roofers but never sent, called or replied . Kayco came out, completed the estimate and repairs within a 3 week time frame. Still waiting on the Solar Guys to return my call! Thank you to Kayco for also cleaning up and being respectful to the landscaping around my home.

Our home was in need of a new roof, and after getting several estimates we chose Kayco . From the start, Steve Stanley made the process easy and his follow up was impeccable. He answered ever question, explained everything clearly, and made us feel confident in our choice. Now that the roof is complete, we know 100% we made the right decision.
The crew’s attention to detail was outstanding. They worked carefully to do everything right, including adding 2 skylights. They were incredibly polite, kept the worksite clean, and communicated with us throughout the project. Steve visited during the job and came back afterward to make sure everything looked great and that we were happy.
We are beyond pleased with our beautiful new roof and could not recommend Kayco enough. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful project such a smooth, positive experience!

Our aging roof sustained hail damage on April 11, 2025 in Gainesville, Fl. A neighbor had recently used Kayco to replace his damaged roof; he raved about the company. We called Kayco, had several conversations with their representative Steve Stanley, and were as impressed as our neighbor had been with both the company and with Steve. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, well-spoken, and experienced. Kayco is highly rated with the Better Business Bureau and with Owens-Corning (a major shingle supplier) and seemed from the outset to be a principled company we could trust. Their plan for our roof involved new technology for better roof ventilation, longer warranties on their product, and prudent attention to following required codes. We chose Kayco over others on this basis. The roofers themselves were amazing. They arrived on August 11th at 6:15 a.m. (we told them we were early risers) and left about 8:15 p.m. They stopped for a lunch break and rest and then went back to work with the same industry and attention to detail with which they had begun the day. They were respectful of our property. None of our extensive landscaping was trampled or abused. They returned the next morning about 7:30 to finish up some minor items and to more thoroughly clean up the working area. They left about 10 a.m. and an hour later the dumpster (which had been delivered on Sunday night) was taken away and we were able to return our cars to our driveway. Steve came to check on the work both days and made drone footage of our newly repaired roof. Kayco lived up to its high standards and our high expectations.

I had called Kayco to get an estimate on roof repairs of a home I was considering purchasing. The seller ended up doing their own repairs but months later upon moving and having some pest control inspections I noticed some things that were off about the roof. I emailed them back they came out and took a look. Steve gave me an estimate of what a pest control company thought I needed, but upon discussion we decided some of those repairs really weren't needed. Steve was such a nice professional fella, open and honest about what work is needed and what is extra not trying to hassle me with repairs that I did not need. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Repairs were done swiftly and the crew was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone needed repairs or a new roof.
