Had a new furnace installed and hired KC for duct cleaning. They did an exceptional job walking me through the process, were in and out, and I am more than pleased with the results. Communication was phenomenal, they text just the right amount of updates and are easy to communicate back with as needed. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. All at a great price as well. Highly recommend!
I called KC about cleaning a light-colored West Elm sectional with some water rings from a home spot cleaner. Kevin took the time to understand the fabric and the situation, then honestly told me it wasn't a job they'd feel confident doing on a light, delicate fabric. He didn't try to upsell me or take a risky job. He recommended other places to try and told me to call back with any questions about the process. It's rare to get that kind of straight advice from a business that isn't getting paid for it. I'd trust them completely with anything they say they can clean, and I'll be calling them for our carpets and rugs.
We enjoyed working with KC Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners to have the dryer vents cleaned for the ten houses in our HOA. The pricing was competitive, particularly for our service as our dryer vents are located between our 2nd and 3rd floors. Communication with Joe and Kevin was clear and responsive, and Anthony our technician was very efficient, thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend KC Carpet and Upholstery!
Have used them in the past for a navy sofa, no complaints there. But don’t bother calling them if you have a light/white/ivory piece of furniture. You know, the ones that need a professional cleaning the most? They won’t do it because they apparently don’t have the equipment/skills/courage to not ruin it in the process. I guess I appreciate the honesty, but it does leave a lot of customers high and dry.
Tracy, it's not just about skills or bravery, but more about what customers expect and the results we deliver. A lot of light-colored upholstery needs a delicate or dry cleaning, and that's not something we do. We’d rather skip the risk of leaving behind water rings or browning that could lead to an insurance claim. So, we won’t clean it if it’s not safe or not recommended by the manufacturer. Really happy with the service! They did a great job cleaning my home, were friendly and professional, and the price was honestly better than I expected. It’s not always easy finding a cleaning company that does quality work without charging a fortune, so I really appreciated the great price. Definitely recommend this company. I believe it was Kevin who came out and cleaned our dryer out. He and the person he was with did such a great job. Judging by the amount that came out, the dryer most likely would have eventually caught on fire. They also cleared out the blockage that was on the roof. Thank you to both of them!
