The floors look beautiful and the installers did an amazing job. The trim on the spiral stairway proved quite challenging but the installer persevered and did an exceptional job. Please let him know I appreciate all the hard work he put in on the stairway trim.

As Maintenance Director for a senior assisted living center in Raytown,Missouri. I spoke and worked with Mellissa for our flooring needs, many apartments. I can't say enough Mellissa very quickly gave me spot on quotes. Helped tremendously finding the products we needed, got it all ordered and scheduled installation dates that met the time line we needed. Absolutely awesome service. I highly recommend!!!

KC Floorworx did a fantastic job on new flooring in my house. I got LVP that looks like beautiful wood and carpet for the stairs and upstairs hallway. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. I mean everyone, Kirsten the owner, Melissa in the office and Cassidy the floor installer. All of Cassidy’s team did a great job also. I highly recommend this company!!
Response from the owner · 11 months ago
Thank you for the kind words, Liz! I'm so glad you're happy with your new floors.
