We had a sudden death in our family and needed chairs for our guests visiting. It was a Friday morning and I was able to pick 20 folding chairs that afternoon and return them on Monday. Pleasant to work with and staff was incrediably kind when loading them up for us.

I cannot say enough good things about KC Party Rentals!! I was worried about the heat the week of the event I was holding, and they were so kind and flexible about changing to another option (with water). They also worked with me on the drop-off and pick-up times. I even called DURING the event that day to see if I could keep it longer, and they were nothing but accommodating and kind about it.
And I think this speaks volumes — instead of charging me more to keep it longer, they asked me to pass it along to the men who picked it up. That says so much about the company and the fact that they wanted their employees to get the benefit!!
Oh! And the kids AND adults had an absolute blast on the slide!! I will 100% be using them again and recommending them in the future!!

Needed tables and chairs for our sons wedding party at our house, they were very responsive and delivered everything on time and were very nice.

We have rented several inflatables from KC Party Rentals and it’s always been a very easy experience. They made sure to call when they were on their way and set it up. The price is very reasonable for the amount of time you get to rent it. And then they come and take it down and take it away! Overall 10/10 experience and I will continue to rent from here!

Called them a month before an event, they made everything so easy! Just needed some linens, extra chairs and a couple of tables. They dropped off the day off the event with plenty of time to spare, they picked everything up the day after. Reasonably priced
