Poor Customer Service, Failure to clean up sandblasting debris, Failure to properly seal pavers, and Extensive Damage from sandblasting debris.<br>My experience is significantly different from the many positive reviews; which I reviewed before choosing KC Power Clean to restore the pavers. This required sand blasting. The job was completed but the crew left sand debris everywhere. I asked if I was responsible to clean up and Marcel confirmed it is KC Power Clean responsibility to clean up. A team returned to clean up the debris and we discovered more sand grit weeks later. Yesterday under the BbQ cover. Sand debris is in the hot tub wheel assembly which grinds when open and closing.<br>Several plant holders with wheels that no longer roll. Sand debris inside the bbq cover and the dials. BBQ Drawers grind when opened and closed. Sand debris from the patio cover when it rained. The crew assured me they clean the top of the patio cover.<br>Marcel does not follow through on his commitments. Kevin passes on problems with no follow up. This situation has been passed to the Operation Manager who is yet to contact me.<br>I did wash down everything with a hose before the crew came out and we are still finding sand debris.

Drives erratically, even while towing heavy equipment. Cut off a semi truck with trailer almost colliding.

Christopher came to our house 🏡 today and did an amazing job on power washing our house!! He even removed a couple of stains that we had. We have been using this company since 2024 and we will keep continuing to use them everytime our house needs a bath. Thank you KC Power Clean.

Very prompt attention to my needs. Extremely thorough in cleaning and treating my roof, siding, and gutters<br>Debris completely removed and disposed of. House looked like it had been painted. Brian explained everything to be done and completed it with total professionalism.

My husband, Kevin and I couldn't be happier with KC Power Clean. The technician that they sent out was super nice, thorough during his time cleaning our solar panels. We were amazied at the before and after pictures he sent upon completion of the job. We are thrilled to report our energy report just came and here are the results!

Leo did a thorough job sand blasting the pealing color coating on my driveway and pressure washed everything after he was done blasting. He protected the plants, gate and house from the blasting. A 5 star job!
