KCS Plumbing

Keith did a fabulous job for us, multiple repairs, all done neatly and professionally! Thanks for the great service!

• Price assessment: Great price

Keith from KCS Plumbing was fantastic! We had no water at our new property and within 10 minutes, he figured it out. The water had been shut off at the curb stop. He turned it back on, but didn’t stop there. He went through the property and did a full inspection. He checked every faucet, washing machine, etc. to make sure there were no other issues. It was clear he cared about doing the job right, not just getting in and out. He also took the time to share some of the tradespeople he works with, which was a huge help for me as a new investor in Philly. Finding reliable people is half the battle, so that meant a lot. Quick, honest, and genuinely helpful. I'll definitely be calling KCS again and asking for Keith.

Amazing service, very professional and friendly service

I had an excellent experience with KCS plumbing company and highly recommend them. I have an older home with its original plumbing, and when my shower diverter valve failed, they came out, assessed the problem, and completed the repairs all in the same day. They replaced the diverter valve, shower arm, faucet assembly, and showerhead. The quality of their work was excellent, and everything was completed without any issues. Their pricing was also very reasonable for the work performed. From the very first phone call to the initial assessment and completion of the work, I was impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, and communication. They took the time to clearly explain the problem and the solution, which gave me confidence that I was in good hands. It’s not always easy to find reliable, professional contractors who do quality work at a fair price, but they exceeded my expectations\. I’m very happy with the entire experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable plumbing services.

This company, Words cannot express how happy I'm with them. Not only did they replace my backyard drain, but found other things that needed to be looked after at a good price. On time and reliable. Let's not forget the customer service. The young lady on the phone. She's very professional, excellent job skills and great telephone manners. I would truly recommend Mr. Keith and Mr. Wayne. Excellent work, great job, kind and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better company. Thank you all! Carmila Gindrow

Very professional service. I had an emergency with my pipes which burst inside my house. They came to my house ASAP when other plumbers couldn’t make time for my situation. Fixed the issue within 24 hours and also provided information on what happened and instructions on how to better take care of my house pipes. High attention to detail. Very respectful of my home, using shoe covers and sweeping up dry wall debris. A+ service. Highly recommend!

This was a great experience. I called to inquire about services and was scheduled the next day. Keith arrived on time!! He addressed all my concerns and explained everything. He went above and beyond to keep my home clean.
