I used KD Carpet cleaning for my mom's house and was pleased with the service so I booked KD Carpet cleaning to clean my home office carpet, the tiles in my kitchen, and a couch. The floors were pretty dirty having not been deep cleaned in over 10 years. Now, the carpet and tiles are like new. Turns out the grout in my tiles was rust colored, not black! The couch cleaning was ok. The cushions are still a little dingy. It is possible that this is the best that can be done for the couch given its age and wear. Sean showed up a little early both times and was professional in his work. I plan to use KD Carpet cleaning again and highly recommend them.
Cecilia, we're thrilled to hear that you've had such a positive experience with us for both your mom's house and your own! It's amazing how a deep clean can reveal the true colors, like in your kitchen tiles. We appreciate your understanding about the couch, and it's great to know Sean's professionalism stood out. Thank you for your recommendation, and we're looking forward to working with you again!
