$115 service call fee and a less than most. They are always professional and helpful. Justin arrived within the 2 hour window and did his best to figure out why my freezer won’t open. It’s frozen she lol!! He tried to steam it but we need to turn it off. He also spent time fixing my ice dispenser on my other refrigerator as it always freezes up. He told me to turn the ice maker off when we leave for a couple days.
I have referred Kearsley to many. I gave an extended warranty on my washer and dryer with ABC Warehouse and they contract with Kearsley Appliance for repairs! Ty Justin!!!

Quick to determine issue..replaced heating element and even vacuumed out inside before putting back together. I had already purchased the part. The price was for labor only.
