I really appreciate the team over at Keeton Auto repair. Their service advisors communicate needs well. The technicians always leave the car clean on the inside I never have to clean greasy handprints off my door handles or steering wheel like I've had to at other places in the past.

Love Keaton - straight talk, trust. Made appt- was on time and efficient. You won’t get the feeling of being overcharged or being told you need work done that is not true. You get a detailed report with images of their findings and recommendations before any work is done. They know more about cars than I do..I trust them

They did a great job on my Buick. Very professional and the price they quoted was the price I paid. Saved me money from what the dealer quoted me.

I would recommend Keeton Auto for honest, reliable service. I am a widowed woman and not very knowledgeable about cars and repairs needed.I have been “taken” by another garage in the past. They were very helpful and showed me the results of their inspection. I thought I had given them a coupon for a discount but I hadn’t. They gave me the discount anyway. They have all my future business!

Disgusted with the service department at the dealer I was looking for another service provider. A mailer from this place came with several coupons on it and I decided to try it. The car went in at the appointment time and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The only drawback was I waited while the service was done and there are not a lot of places to charge devices. Everything else was fantastic.

I noticed my car was not driving as well this week. I called on a Monday, they got me in same day, and had my car back to working order and ready for me to pick up Wednesday! The complimentary loaner vehicle was a life saver as well! Thanks Keeton Auto!

I have used David Keeton's repair shop since I moved to Overland Park 6 years ago. I have grown to trust the people that work there with my car because they continue to deliver very good service to me, but also their people do a really good job in fixing the car to where it is like new. This business is outstanding! We were visiting out of state. My husband's pickup truck had a major problem develop while I was driving it. Being a female and illiterate to mechanical problems I called an Auto Zone. They recommended Keeton Auto. I called and spoke with Tom who was extremely helpful and understanding. I was able to take the truck in right away and service repair started. I was contacted throughout the entire process of getting the repair done. We highly recommend this business to all!
