Outstanding Work — Highly Recommend M. Kelbie!
Hello, let me share that I couldn't be happier with my experience working with M. Kelbie and his team. From the beginning of the project through completion, he was professional, dependable, respectful, and excellent about communicating with me. He responded quickly whenever I had questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner without sacrificing quality.
What stood out most was that M. Kelbie genuinely cared about the quality of the finished product and about making sure I was satisfied. He didn't simply do what was required—he went above and beyond.
He chose to use a better-quality roofing material without increasing the price we had agreed upon, which I greatly appreciated. He also had my downspouts corrected at no additional charge and offered to install my replacement exterior light fixture once I provide the new one, also at no additional cost.
Those extra touches demonstrated to me that he takes pride in his work and values his customers rather than looking for opportunities to add extra charges.
I also enjoyed seeing M. Kelbie working alongside his sons, who have worked with him since they were young. Seeing the experience, work ethic, and pride being passed from father to sons made an already positive experience even more special.
His pricing was fair, his communication was excellent, and he was always approachable and respectful. Most importantly, he made sure I was completely satisfied with the finished work.
The greatest compliment I can give M. Kelbie is that I've already chosen to hire him for additional work in my basement and kitchen. When you find someone who is reliable, fair, responsive, takes pride in his workmanship, and treats your home and your satisfaction as priorities, you want to keep working with him.
I confidently give M. Kelbie and his team five stars and my highest recommendation. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

We needed a ridge vent installed on our roof and were in desparate need of attic insulation. They were the 4th and the best price quote for all we got! We not only had a ridge vent installed, but also had new insulation blown in our attic and a new solar-powered attic fan to replace the old, electric fan that must have quit working years ago!
We also liked the fact that they are a family-owned company.
When his sons came to blow in the insulation, they used 32 bags! That's how low we were! No wonder our hallway was always so hot under the attic door in summer time! I was told we really needed it! And I saw the pictures to prove it.
I'm so happy with the work done and can't wait to start feeling a difference. They explained everything they were going to do and took some nice photos of the work as they went along and after the job was completed.
I can highly recommend them for your next roof and/or attic needs. We are very pleased with the job and glad we selected them. Thank you Kelbie family! 😄

I contacted Kelbie Home Improvement late Friday night and I received a call from Mike the next morning and he was at my house to give a quote within a couple hours same day! Mike gave a very fair price and was also very upfront about possible extra costs because he didn’t know what was under the roof. That allowed me to be prepared and allowed for a smooth replacement process. When we did hit small challenges, Mike laid out my options and we were able to quickly make a decision. The crew was amazing and even a neighbor who was getting work done on his house by a different contractor commented on how impressed they were with them. I’ve already recommended Kelbie to multiple people because they are fair and do quality work that will last you! You also can’t beat the warranty!
