Kellerman's Event Center

Beautiful venue. Friendly staff!

My daughter had her wedding at Kellerman's in March. When looking at venues for a winter wedding in Minnesota, we felt it was important that guests have a quiet spot to get away from the dance music to visit. Kellerman's has a cozy cocktail lounge behind the ceremony/dance area to do just that. Kristin, the event coordinator, was extremely helpful and responsive to all our needs and questions. She is very organized, attentive to details and a great communicator. She gave my daughter and future son-in-law a comprehensive list of tasks and dates to be completed along with a list of recommended caterers, djs, and photographers which made wedding planning a breeze. We were able to have the ceremony rehearsal and set up decorations the evening before the wedding since the venue was not booked. Kristin was at the event center that evening providing carts and other items which made decorating a joyful task. She was also graciously providing assistance from morning to the last box being loaded in the car on the day of the wedding.

Kellerman's Event Center in White Bear Lake is a venue I love, as a wedding photographer, for a couple reasons: The staff there are committed to ensuring your special day goes perfectly. The second thing I love about it is its proximity to other picturesque places in White Bear. You can easily walk out the front door of Kellerman's and take in the beauty of the streets and shops of White Bear, or you can take a 3 minutes stroll and explore Matoska Park along the lake. So much to love about Kellerman's!

Absolutely lovely venue! Workers are all very pleasant and good to work with. They were very good at what they were doing, and gave clear expectations on how set up was supposed to be and helped us get what we needed done. We had the location for a gala, and the event was enjoyed by everyone. Thank you Kellerman's for such a wonderful evening!

Kellerman's was the first venue we looked at for our ceremony and reception, and as soon as we drove away from our first meeting with Kristin, we had a hard time not turning right back around and booking Kellerman's immediately. We looked at three other venues and they just didn't compare. From our initial meeting with Kristin, we could tell right away that she loves what she does and does it incredibly well. Each meeting we had, I felt like I was behind in the planning process but she assured me that I was right on task. Knowing you have an event coordinator that puts you at ease, immediately earns your trust and takes the time to answer even the most tedious question is an absolute must during your planning process, Kristin was all that and more. On our wedding day, she checked in frequently with my mom who has mobility issues and uses a walker, that extra level of care and concern made my day less stressful, knowing my mom was taken care of. The little things that Kristin considers "part of her job" are the things that we appreciated so much. The established relationships Kristin and Kellerman's have curated with their required and preferred vendors made the planning process go so much smoother! I didn't have to worry about vetting each vendor or worrying that they wouldn't provide exceptional services. Kellerman's space has amazing, built in character that requires minimal decorating but still allows you to make it your own. We cannot say enough complimentary things and we would highly recommend them for your wedding or any event!

We recently got married at Kellerman’s and we cannot say enough good things. From start to finish, working with them was a breeze and made our wedding planning process a lot less stressful. Kristin blew us away with her knowledge and professionalism. We could not have made it through this process without her. Our wedding guests were so impressed with the beauty and character of Kellerman’s. Choosing Kellerman’s was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made!

This review is way overdue! When my husband and I walked into Kellerman's we were greeted by Kristin and Terry at the door. We were looking for a wedding venue in the fall of this year. This was the first venue we toured and we weren't sure what to expect or what we wanted. Kristin asked us what we had in mind for our wedding - we told her we had no idea. Only a rough idea of how many guests we would have. She eased our minds letting us know that she would be as "hands on" or off as much as we wanted. Her and Terry then walked us through the venue. "Wow" is the best way to describe it. What makes it even more amazing is that Terry created everything himself. From the men's bathroom to the Austrian chocolate shop, the setting was incredible and unique. If Terry's creative view of a European street scene isn't incredible enough, Kristin's coordination is stellar. Her attention to detail and ability to read people made planning everything seamless and easy. My 9 year old daughter followed her through a couple meetings and she was so patient letting her "help". She even made sure her requested pineapple juice was on the bar menu. The vendors Kellerman's offers were fabulous. When we had an issue come up with one of our vendors outside of Kellerman's recommendations, she calmed our (my) stress and even offered to reach out to one of their preferred vendors if we needed a last minute change. Before the ceremony, she brought food and drinks to the bridal suite, making sure we all remembered to eat. During the ceremony and reception, she guided our guests, helping them with any questions. At one point someone noticed that our advice cards weren't seen by everyone, Kristin took handfuls of them to different guest tables making sure they knew about them. She was able to discretely and tactfully regulate a guest who had "overindulged" at the bar. She was warm and personable, everyone of our guests who had the pleasure of meeting her told us afterward how amazing she is. She genuinely went beyond what we could ever expect from an event coordinator. It has been 2 months since our wedding and we are still hearing from friends and family how amazing Kellerman's was. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. A fantastic venue to host your wedding.
