Excellent experience working with Kelly! Seeing windows in their showroom was a big help. Much better than only shopping online. Their salesman was low key, informative, and responsive to various text/email questions. (A pleasant change from the high pressure salesmen we experienced before.) Their installer was very pleasant to have in our house and gave helpful responses to my many questions.

Our entire experience With Kelly Window and Door to replace our bay windows was great. The sales team was friendly and up-front and didn't pressure us and the quoted price was very reasonable. Then Kenton and the installation team did a fantastic job installing the windows. They walked me thru the process, kept the work area clean, did an amazing job fitting the windows in with existing and new trim, and then walked me thru the final review including tips on window operation. I highly recommend Kelly Window and Door!

Cruz, Alex and Armando were incredibly professional throughout the whole installation process. They were very communicative, paid a lot of attention to detail and ensured things were properly cleaned up when everything was done. Jhovanni did an excellent job ensuring any wall damage/trim was completely concealed via painting. Would highly recommend these folks to others who need window replacements in the future.

Kelly Window and Door did a fantastic job replacing our bathroom transom window with a built-in blinds window! The entire process was smooth and professional from sales to installation. Our installer, Dan, did an absolutely incredible job. He was courteous, informative, and took extra care with our belongings when moving them out of the way. He also left the work area immaculately clean when he was finished. Kelly has now replaced all but two windows in our house. We are already looking forward to doing those final two as custom windows with them. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Service, Honest Sales, and Top-Tier Quality! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kelly Window and Door. When shopping around for replacement windows, every other company I spoke with pushed aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics.
