We are a repeat customer of Ken's Carpets and Flooring. In 2017 we moved into a house and needed carpeting for two rooms. It was almost a disaster because the company we hired misled us on how the final installation would be done. Fortunately we discovered before it was too late to back out and were able to hire Ken's Carpets for the rescue. Not only did we get the correct installation but we got good quality carpet and padding. We went back to Ken's Carpet and Flooring a few years later for some hardwood flooring we needed for another room. Now, 6 years later we are in another house and need stairs, hallway and bedroom carpeting. Back to Ken's we went knowing the service will be professional, quality carpeting and excellent installation. We can recommend Ken's Carpets and Flooring without reservation.

I went in to their location in San Rafael and had a great experience going through their large selection to narrow down my top pick! They have SO many options and will help you with figuring out what works best both functionally and style wise. Then Ken came over to our house to help show us the sample in our home and take exact measurements. The installation day was professional, quick, and overall a great experience. We love how everything turned out! Overall there was a level of community truly feeling that our best interest was top of mind and a lot of thought and care went into everything. Ken is also a kind carrying human, which was so appreciated when making a big decision in our home! Thank you for the time and dedication! HIGHLY recommend!
