Kenneth Asire Plumbing answers calls promptly; technicians arrive on time and they leave the job clean.
As always----Kenneth Asire Plumbing did a great job. They were responsive when I called and came when they promised. Fixed my toilet and cleaned up afterwards. Nick was great!
Once again!.. the service people and office support staff at Asire did a great job at our HOA. Responsive, professional and kind. Thanks. John (HOA GM)
Guys came promptly and were very thorough in the repair. I asked for a couple of extra items while they were here and they did them with a smile. That changed the quote, but that's ok!
They were polite, quick to respond, and they resolved my issue. BUT, when I asked for an estimate over the phone. They would not provide one. My sewer drain was clogged and water was backing up through a shower drain on a rainy day. I thought that was a straight forward enough issue, but they wouldn't commit…
Great and competent service from standard plumbing repairs to most complex issues. I have been using Ken Asire's services for many years for my plumbing repairs & rehabs. Being confident it is going to be foxed right at the 1st time.
EXCELLENT work. Fair pricing. Friendly and PROFESSIONAL service!
These guys are prompt and friendly. These guys rock. Kennith and his team are super professional they are on time. Most importantly they care about the community and the families here. They are honest and truly respectful when it comes to working in peoples homes.
I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. It was easy to schedule and the plumbers arrived within the service window. They did an excellent job, were efficient with their time and were very clean and neat. Would definitely use again. I really liked that the sent the same plumber who came the previous time so he knew the layout.
I'm writing this review after having 2 experiences with Kenneth Aire plumbing. The first time I called them was because of a leaky shower that needed a shower cartridge replacement. They also decided to snake the shower train, and both of the services cost about $500. I called them again to fix a toilet flapper…
Was referred by my neighbor and called them. Came during appointed time. Was quick, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Even got a senior discount! The office personnel was helpful and pleasant. Will use them again, if needed.
We've had KA come out twice in two weeks. They have been professional, on time, helpful - and most importantly took the time to get the job done and made sure it was done properly.
Good San Francisco plumber--prompt, efficient, excellent communication with the homeowner.
Have used them for years. Excellent work. All the guys are great to work with, especially Justin, as he has helped us multiple times. Will continue to use them on future plumbing projects. Always glad to know they are there if any unexpected plumbing issues arise! 9-12-23 Just had another excellent job completed…
Vladimir was awesome. I was scheduled for the next day and let them know if the had a cancellation for today I would take it. Vladimir showed up and assessed the situation and went after it. My main line in the garage was backed up. He was able to unclog the drain and hydro out the blockage. Vladimir was very professional and polite.
Always on time if not early. Technicians present several options at different price points when feasible. (And if they can fix it on the spot in two minutes while assessing the situation, then it’s just done.). Technicians work fast and clean and are super knowledgeable. Three projects so far, and at least two more…
Thankfully, I haven’t needed to call a plumber very much, but Kenneth Asire Plumbing was recommended to me a few years ago and he responded to my emergency water heater leaking and replaced it. Last week, we had a problem with our washing machine drain and they were able to come in, snake the drain, and we were back…
I have used Kenneth Asire on several occasions for various plumbing-related issues. They are always professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
Dishwasher wasn't draining. Did all the troubleshooting but to no avail. Vladimir texted before he arrived, diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Had a very bad kitchen sink clog that I kept insisting to the wife that I’d be able to fix myself. After 3 days of failed attempts plunging, snaking, using all the home remedies, drain cleaner, and even running a hose… I finally made the decision to admit defeat and call a professional. They came out within 30…
On time, super nice and courteous. Most importantly, perfect job, quickly done. Thanks!
Fast and professional service. They responded very quickly. They also kept me updated ETA via text. It was my first time having a plumbing service at home and it was smoother than I expected.
I like it. They were nice, did a great job, and did it in time. Thanks
Outstanding and prompt plumbing service. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Fixed the toilet seal at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
Justin and his team did an amazing job replacing our drain pipes, fixed a clogg with the bathtub that was problematic for years. Also to mention in record time!
They came to clear a blockage out of the shower drain. After 10 minutes they basically said they did what they could but due to a stopper piece being caught in there they would have to go through the unit below me and it would cost about $3,000. I'm not even sure if the drainage is improved at all, and they left a…
Tidy, timely and a tiny bit higher priced than I had hoped…but EVERYTHING is these days. Great job folks! There’s lots of people with lots of hair using that shower, good tip to buy a more effective hair snare.
Very good communications. Arrived on time. Efficient work and left toilet area clean. Would highly recommend. Service cost a bit high.
Called very friendly operator & she scheduled the work the same day. They arrived early & did a professional main line rooting service. Very efficient
Appreciated the on time arrival and fast work to clear a clogged sewer drain. Clean up was great as well!! Technician was professional and friendly. Will use the company again!
I'm incredibly upset right now. One of the plumbers sent by this company made me uncomfortable. Was asking if I live alone, asking for my FB and phone number and whether I have a boyfriend, wanting to go out with me, etc. I complained to the manager and they suspended him, but now I feel unsafe in my own home…
A month ago they came out and unclogged a drain for $195. Today, the guy quotes me $395 for the same thing. I asked why it was so much and he dropped it down to $275 instantly without a reason. I felt taken advantage of and will go with someone else next time (which is a bummer because I was very happy after my…
Great company! Super fast response to our request to unclog a toilet. Appreciate the military discount!
Great service and price once again super professional no pressure sales tactics or any of that just straight up service and advice.
Justin and PJ were total pros. On time, quick, explained everything. 10/10 would let them unplug my pipes again
I highly recommend this plumbing company, very fast response and excellent service.
very nice and answered questions about other plumbing problems we have, difficult access to drain clean out, and cleaned up after themselves
Speedy, efficient and thorough work! Very happy!!!
Super quick and expedient. The communication was fantastic and efficient!
Just want to say thank you to the two nice young men who came today. Very professional and courteous.
