Excellent customer service! I had a lock problem and they got me in the same day to take a look. My XC70 was an easy fix and the locks were working when I left. Quick at getting me in and knowing exactly what to do had taken to another body shop with response they do not handle. Told me to take to dealership. Thank you for taking and doing a great job. It has rained several times sine you fixed and no water is coming in

If you have a Volvo and you live in Louisville Kenny Jones Automotive should be your first call if something goes wrong. I called around to a few other shops to get an estimate on a repair before I found Kenny Jones, not only were they by far the cheapest they were able to get me in promptly. They fixed my issue quickly were polite and never tried to charge me more than the initial qoute and never tried to sell me on a million other services or repairs. I will be scheduling basic servicing with them soon. I came for the price I think I'll stay for the honesty and integrity.

Kenny Jones is fantastic! They had me on the road in less than 24 hours and I can't tell them how much I appreciated that. I've been using them for 8ish years and they are always upfront with the issues, concerns, and prices. They are friendly and knowledgable. I always appreciate their thoughtfulness with having my desk ready for me to work when I have to stay with my car for the day;-) I can't recommend them enough!

Service people are always listening to what you tell them and then diagnosis what is to be checked by the mechanics saving you time and then mechanics not only check what was diagnosed they run a complete check on the vehicle and see if there is anything else that could be wrong and repair it. Prices are very affordable with highest quality work.
