I've seen 2 vets prior for a total of five years before seeing Dr. Chris . I have a cat that has bad allergy issues, and I have learned more in one hour then I have in the last several years. I'm looking forward to a road of recovery with my baby.

I love this hospital. Dr. CHRIS is a wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner. Sofie and Patsy, my babies, love him. He cares a great deal about animals. The nurses and assistants are also VERY helpful and answer any questions I may have. I've been going to Kentown animal hospital for over 30+ years. You can trust good care for any of your animals.

I took all five of my dogs there for the first time this past 2 weeks. The staff were all very kind, considerate and caring I highly recommend this group of veterinarians to care any animal you may have, or future thoughts of adopting the little one who needs the home in love that you can provide

The absolute least caring vet and employees. I had my cat in because they were a recommended vet for the adoption company I used. They refuse to do anything to see an animal within a few days apparently they got successful and used to be good, but something happened, maybe some bad vets came in. I brought one cat in 3 times to get her virus checked out and finally got antibiotics that I could have got the first time. My other cat is pulling her hair out and they refuse to put in a prescription flee treatment because “the weight might be different”. The employees don’t care at all. Don’t apologize if they can’t help. Just really could care less about animals. I paid 600 dollars with my cat for exams because they wouldn’t simply give me antibiotics for her. Avoid this vet because they have no idea what they are doing.

I’ve always had a good experience coming here, recently my youngest boy Muenster was peeing blood, I called Kentown and they unfortunately did not have any appointments for the whole week but given the seriousness of what was going on they had me drop him off the next morning for a drop off appointment (they would of taken him same day but i couldn’t leave work & they told me what signs to look out for if he needed to be taken to ER) He was seen by Dr.Millington and he was so sweet when talking to me about everything that was going on, listed my options on what we can do and the pricing. Muenster also has a history of pooping himself at the vet out of fear and they did not seem bothered by it at all (he did poop himself this visit and they cleaned him up and reassured me it was no big deal to them) he got a antibiotic shot and sent home with gabapentin, the doc also gave a few extra pills so he can take them for a upcoming visit in October.
We usually see Dr.Emily who is also fantastic and we can’t wait to see her on October along with Muenster’s brother Kira 😁
As far as pricing goes it’s okay, vet’s are expensive but you get what you pay for and I rather have a peace of mind knowing my boys are getting the best care possible 💜
