Very efficient process to get started as a new patient. Also, the telecare is very convenient. The video on telecare seems really reliable, and it makes communication seamless without any lags or dropped connections. It’s made it easy to keep appointments even when my transportation isn’t reliable. Thank you!

I've just had my second appointment with My. Counseling. So far l am pleased with the experience, l honestly didn't know how l would feel about face time counseling sessions, but l've just gotten off of the phone with my counselor, l feel pretty good about it. I had an internet problem in my area, so we had to cope with a couple of interruptions but l think we handled it pretty well. Thanks KCC
It took them a week to tell me I was out of network. Because I keep calling to ask them what was going on..No help at all.. Thanks a lot..

I've been in therapy at Kentucky Counseling Center for about 5 months. Therapy has made a positive impact on my emotional health. I was able to get an evaluation for ADHD, which I have! Once I received the diagnosis, it explained so much about my past behavior - starting many tasks, but not completing them.
I would definitely recommend Kentucky Counseling Center. There are several practitioners. I encourage you to read the bios of the practitioners and choose one who resonates with you. You're not obligated to stay with the counselor you start with. This is your mental health, your decision.

I started KCC a few years back for my medication. Earlier this year I started Therapy with Courtney Hammond. As a man I have never felt like I had a place to put all the thoughts that rush through my brain, but Courtney has helped me a ton with organizing my sporadic thoughts, and made me feel like it's okay to talk about the way I feel. Therapy for men is a game changer, don't sit and take those bad days out on your family but instead take some therapy sessions, talk about what's going on and don't forget they aren't there to judge, they're there to help.
