I love this place. I have been bringing my dogs here since 2020. I now moved out of the area a few years ago to Columbus and I literally drive all the way to Dayton just to get my three dogs groomed. I never have had a problem. They've always been extra good to my dogs and always give them the cuts that I asked for! They are very nice people and I will continue to drive to get my dog's haircut. That's how good they are!!!!

HORRIBLE! Expensive for mediocre service. Last straw...was told at drop off that it would be "longer than normal for groom". Then received a text 2 hours later (during my work day) that if I did not pick up within 40 minutes I would receive a late pick up fee. I picked up 55 minutes after notification and received a $15 late fee.
