Working with Key Homes has been a fantastic experience from our first meeting through the entire process of building our custom home. I highly recommend Key Homes for your home building project.
We had an exceptional experience building our home with Key Homes. Billy, Chris, Samantha, Courtney and the entire team were top notch! Their attention to detail was unmatched and they were always responsive to our needs. They were flexible with our design changes and delivered on time. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and HIGHLY recommend Key Homes!

Sam was incredibly kind and easy to work with. She ensured that we had all the necessary details for my new house, and I look forward to collaborating with her again in the near future.

I have had a great experience with Key Homes. They do such quality work and I love my new home! Jon has been great to work with & he always responds promptly. They definitely stand behind their work! I would highly recommend them!
Best custom builder in Louisville in my opinion. After multiple design reviews and giving them our budget they said no problem and we have been so happy with our decision to use Key Homes over the other cookie cutter builders with flat pricing and no lot space. Would totally do it all over again. And the spray foam insulation was a smart investment our furnace and AC bills have been lower than our old house that was 1500sq ft smaller. We will use them again for our next house we build in 5-10 years
I highly recommend Key Homes! My husband and I feel very lucky to have had our first home built by them. This team is very responsive and you can tell how they pay close attention to every detail. They are great people and easy to communicate with!
Our new house is great! We had extras on our new home and they were just what we wanted. My only reason for the 4 stars was there was a small place in our shower that they repaired the day we moved in and it was kind of a rough fix for a brand new shower stall. Everything else is wonderful.
Key Homes did a great job on your new home from start to finish. They have continued to follow up on little details afterwards. Thanks
