Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered a dumpster on a Friday and Key Waste had it at my house the following Monday. The person I spoke with when I ordered was helpful, professional, and actually personable — not the usual scripted call. The driver who delivered it was accommodating about where to place the bin so it worked with my driveway and garage access. Pickup was seamless once I was done. Easy company to deal with, and I’d use them again.

Great service

I recently ordered a dumpster. They called me at 7 AM saying they were on their way to drop the dumpster off when I told them I had to put plywood underneath of it so it didn’t mess up the customers brand new driveway. Had to rush out of the house leave my wife with our two babies to get there in time to lay down the plywood. Second, when I ordered the dumpster, I made it very clear. I only needed it for one week. Not once Did they tell me I had to call to have it picked up so 2 1/2 weeks later after I get home for me and my wife’s first vacation in two years. The dumpster was still there. I called and asked why it was still there cause I only needed it for a week. only then, did they tell me that they put me down as a contractor and I would have to call to have it picked up. I’ve used them in the past and I never had to do that. I asked for a Dumpster for a week and they would pick it up on Friday afternoon. So after I had to eat the additional $55 they taxed on a long distance fee that I was told would not be on there. The dumpster showed up filthy covered in mud. When I use Key Dumpster’s in the past, they were great however this was a very sad experience and doubt I will use them again
