“A” for AVOID. I purchased a painting on April 10, 2026. All Kezic Gallery had to do was ship the painting to me. Nothing but incompetence and delay since April 10th. Ignorance and excuses constitute Kezic Gallery’s modus operandi. You’ve been warned to avoid Kezic Gallery. Govern yourself accordingly.

Beautiful artwork, inviting and welcoming environment. I purchased a small piece of this collection. I hope to have the opportunity to purchase more in the future.
I recently strolled on in because the work captivated me. Having fond memories of my earlier times in NOLA, something pulled me in as a visitor again after so many years. Much to my chagrin, I had walked in on an empty promise and hundreds of dollars lost.
I picked out a most beautiful painting, on sale, which excited me even further, seeing how I was going to save money. I asked if it could be dipped in acrylic, and was told it would take no longer than 10 days by the gentleman who worked there and who sold me the painting (I was shocked to find that a month later, he was no longer there). Here I am, a month and two weeks later…after having called the gallery, and having been told that I was going to get a call back the same day (within a few hours, expecting an answer back), still waiting for a pricy piece of art, that has “not a head nor tail”
Perhaps my case is an anomaly, because in life, things don’t always work out quite right for me the first time, because having seen all the positive reviews, it pains me to even write this, because I don’t write reviews to begin with. I don’t want to waste my time calling again, because my interest in the painting has waned, not because of its beauty, but because of my experience associated with it. I will be calling my CC company in hopes of getting my money back.
Hope this helps, if not many of you, at least one person who may have encountered something similar.
