My son went there after a week I decided to drop the class bc i saw the live cameras the teacher was terrible she pulled my son’s collar shirt to pull him back to the seat when he tried to get up . The principal is ridiculous and very rude when talking to me when she denied me from bringing his owned milk even from beginning when she said it was OK to bring his milk which I asked her . I believed she tried to take students to make Money then after that she tried to find an excuses to break a promised that we can bring different milk what her school is provided . This is extremely terrible place . I don’t know why this school has 4.8 stars . I wish I can give them even -10 stars . Never recommend bring your child to this location. This is the location my son went in . This is not true that u said it is not your location . The reason im reposting the review because i just recognized when i posted the review couple yrs ago that didnt show in ur web . I don’t want other kid had suffer at ur location as My little one had .Please see the photo what we had access the report from your school .

Update: Still an 10/10. I absolutely adore everyone that works there. They take such good care of my little girl. Amazing - 10/10. I love this place because I can leave my little one here while I work and have zero doubts about her care. The staff is absolutely wonderful. My daughter’s teachers are loving and my child is always talking about them at home. Warms my damn heart to the fullest. Love you all so much. 💙

Kiddie Academy of Hamilton has exceeded every expectation I could have had as a parent. It is, without question, the most trusted, respectful, kind, supportive, loving, and educational—while still being incredibly fun—school I could ever imagine sending my children to. From the very beginning, every single teacher, staff member, and even the owner have gone above and beyond for my family. They have made it their mission to ensure my children feel safe, cared for, loved, and truly cherished every single day. It is obvious that they don’t just see the children as students—they genuinely care about each child’s happiness, growth, and well-being. One of the things I appreciate most is the incredible peace of mind they give me as a parent. Whether I want to call the school for an update or check in through the live cameras, I always feel connected. The transparency and communication are outstanding, and the trust they’ve built with our family is priceless. Knowing my children are receiving exceptional care while I’m away means everything. The school itself is always clean, organized, and professional. I also love how involved they keep parents. Communication is consistent, everyone is well-informed, and there is such a strong sense of community. It truly feels like one big family, with meaningful relationships between the staff and parents. My children haven’t even been attending for a full year, yet I already know they’ll be staying here until they age out. If I’m being honest, I only wish they could stay through 12th grade because that’s how much confidence and love I have for this school. Every person who contributes to making Kiddie Academy of Hamilton such an incredible place deserves so much recognition. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment to every child are unmatched. I cannot recommend Kiddie Academy of Hamilton highly enough, and I am endlessly grateful for everything they have done for my family. Five stars don’t even begin to reflect how incredible this school is—if I could, I’d give Kiddie Academy of Hamilton 100 stars without hesitation!

Sending our son to Kiddie Academy was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The incredible teachers he had over the years played a huge role in shaping him into a confident, curious learner. Thanks to their dedication, his transition to kindergarten was seamless—he walked in prepared, excited, and ready to learn. He’s thriving now, and so much of that is because Kiddie Academy built such a strong foundation. We are truly grateful for everything they’ve done.

This is such a great daycare. Our son was in the infant class then toddler class before we had to move out of state, and we miss this place dearly. The teachers are some of the nicest and most caring women you could meet. Their meal time was always highly supervised with an extra staff in the room, and they tried extra hard to get picky eaters to eat. Don’t underestimate how convenient a daycare that provides the food is! The owner and front desk staff are great also.

I can’t say enough good things about Kiddie Academy from the principal to all the staff AMAZING. It was first time leaving my son in any one else’s care and they not only cared for my son but helped him grow and develop in so many ways . As a first time mom the amount of peace I felt leaving my son every day is just simply never repayable I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you so much to everyone at Kiddie Academy we will love you all forever!

First, let me start by saying that we're with KiddieAcademy of Hamilton for 5 years with 2 Kids now. My son graduated last summer, but my daughter is still attending full time. We have always felt that our kids are very well taken care of. We love the teachers and management staff and also that added layer of comfort, which the camera access provides for a sometimes nervous mom :) My son had IBHS when he started at 18 months. And the amount of support this center gave me when it was needed the most was incredible. Of course there have been minor issues along the way (how can it not in 5 years). But everyone was always very helpful and understanding and I never felt that any concerns or issues were just brushed of. In my experience they go above and beyond to make sure your child has a pleasant experience and is thriving. I also want to point out that the center was taken over under new ownership last summer. While we were super sad to see Pam and Kathy go, I think they did an amazing job picking new owners for the center. It’s been long enough now to really see that the values I always cherished here have not changed. Yes, there have been some increased staff turnovers after management change, but I also feel they did an amazing job in recruiting new teachers and we’re happy to see that a lot of the original teachers we knew are also still here. This center has been and is continuing to be the best decision I made for me and my kids <3

the staff are out numbered with children there's no help from the higher up they sit at the desk and watch you struggle with 20 kids passing snacks bathroom checks picking up cots then says you left a child on a cot longer then others if you saw that why not step in and help your staff out instead of firing a warning would have been nice a talk help something
