This was our son’s first time here. We had Coach Emerald and Coach Zaidon. They were both extremely engaging and supportive. They demonstrated the moves and courses for the entire class and also helped our son with individual movements. He had a great time and they even recognized him for it being his first time. We can already see some growth.

Very disappointed with KidStrong’s cancellation policy. Even after requesting to cancel, they still charge an additional month. The classes were good, but this policy feels unfair and left a bad impression.

The staff is always friendly, caring, and welcoming. My daughter really enjoys coming to KidStrong, and I love seeing her build confidence, learn new skills, and have fun at the same time. We’ve had a wonderful experience!

The program is pretty good, though I’m not sure if it’s any better than a regular gymnastics class. You have to commit to at least six months, and there is a substantial upfront charge. Anytime your kids move up a level which they make a big deal out of they offer you a T-shirt, without telling you that it’s an extra $25 until you see it on your card charges. It's a decent shot at a program, but it relies on questionable financial practices. I can’t wait for our 6-months commitment to be over, there’s nothing I need less in my life than yet another kid activity business that sneaks random charges in.

Good team and coaches, like the activities they offer too. Nothing wrong about this place and everything they offer. The only thing I did not like is they don’t clean the floor before every session.
Kids end up picking up dirt and debris from the floor. Needs to vacuum and if possible sanitise the floor before every session.
