Color me IRRITATED!!! I was scheduled for an 11am appointment this morning. This was to be my first time. I was VERY excited to do this! Self-care has historically been last on my list & this was me consciously making ME a priority! WELL, I arrived to find the door locked & the lights off. I called the number on the website, no answer. Texted the same number & left a message. Called the number again, left a voice-mail...as I stood in the hallway, thinking maybe someone is just behind schedule. About 10 minutes later, I received a call back advising that they're closed & asking if I want to reschedule. I asked why did I receive email AND text confirmations of my appointment if they're closed today. I was then advised that there are new owners, the whole staff is gone & I'm scheduled with the OLD staff! Again, asked me if I want to reschedule! I advised him that someone SHOULD HAVE called to advise me before my appointment & that I'm not interested in rescheduling. I don't know if the other locations are still open but, THIS is very bad for the brand.

Great alternative to medicating pain. Kika Stretch was great way to reduce back pain naturally as well as relearn how to stretch. Highly recommend for folks that workout a lot and dont have time for stretching. The service forces you to realize gow important stretching really is. Staff is great and welcoming.
