Posting for my dad... He can't say enough good things about Kimmy (and I wholeheartedly agree!) but he's not tech savvy, so I wanted to share our experience with everyone. He recently needed to downsize and Kimmy helped him find the perfect place. What really struck him with her was how carefully she helped him choose. He's in the perfect neighborhood (because she suggested we check it out multiple times throughout the week, and we dodged a bullet in another neighborhood by doing just that) with great neighbors.
