Easy to Do Business With!
I had a wonderful experience! I made one phone call to find an item I needed for my student. I didn’t know what the item was called, but I was able to describe what I needed, and they quickly identified it and confirmed they had it in stock.
I simply let them know which school my student attended, and they arranged to have it sent with the school’s next delivery. The timing couldn’t have been better!
The item broke Wednesday evening while my student was practicing. I called Thursday, and Friday happened to be the school’s delivery day. The replacement arrived the very next day!
Excellent customer service, helpful staff, and a convenient process. They made something that could have been stressful incredibly easy. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help!

I came into the store looking for a beginner book for reading music. I found one and told the cashier that when I'm ready... and I pointed to the instrument that I will come back to buy for my home after some lessons with one of their instructors.
