Today was our first visit from Kind Pest Control. Our technician, Houston, far exceeded our expectations. We look forward to a long relationship with these folks and recommend them without hesitation.
Excellent service, help on the phone, and overall experience. We were so appreciative of Richard's expertise when he came to spray and his overall, dare I say it, KINDness. I know it sounds silly but truly everyone I've worked with so far at this company has actually been really kind (to us, not the bugs!)!

James Waldron came out for our first service today. Mr. James was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. If there was any question that I made the right call switching to Kind Pest from HomeTeam there isn't now. Mr. James is the embodiment of customer service and should be recognized for his hard work and dedication to his craft.
We moved into our new home in September of 2025. One of the first things we did was hire Kind to take care of pest control. One of the smartest things we did! I will recommend Kind Pest Control over and over and over again! Kind is a great company with great employees. I feel like they truly care about me and my needs and their service is fantastic. Don't waste your time, or money, with the other guys. Kind is the real deal and their products and employees live up to the name. I highly recommend.
Never too late to acknowledge fine service received. Will of Kind Pest Control examined the exterior of our house to determine any existing insect infestation and performed preventative measures to minimize the potential for future problems. Amed Melendez was great he explained everything he’s was doing and also informed me on other services you have, and he took care of the wasp nest I had. If I could give more stars for this service visited I had today I would give a 10 that’s how satisfied I was. Thank you Amed!!

Will see how well Kind works in the future. I like Jose, he's a very personable guy & from Freeport Long Island, next town over from where I come from. Owner Rhett nice guy too. So I'm hoping they keep my home pest free...I hate spiders & all creepy crawlers!!
