I had Kind Pest Control come out a couple of weeks ago for the first time for an inspection and treatment of the home for roaches. I noticed more roaches in specific areas after the treatment and asked for them to come back for a retreat. The technician Lee called ahead of time to give me fair warning that he would…

Matt came out yesterday to do our quarterly application. The first thing he did was approach me to ask if I had any concerns since the last application. I have had great experience with kind pest control. Their customer service and fieldmanagement are prompt, respectful, and thorough. Their technicians are polite, respectful of property, and thorough. I love that they send me a reminder that they are coming, an alert the day they are arriving, and yet another alert when they are completed.
Bailey was very easy to communicate with and was very attentive to our needs working with some wasps. He went above and beyond rescuing a potted plant of ours and even blew away the debris. I have to say that the entire staff at Kind are exactly that...kind!
